Alumni of the Nikola Tesla Polytechnic donated plush toys to the Pediatrics Department of the Gospić General Hospital

Today, the president of the Alumni Club of the “Nikola Tesla” Polytechnic in Gospić, Marina Jurčić, and members of the Alumni Club presidency visited the children’s ward of the Gospić General Hospital, where they were received by the director of the Gospić General Hospital, Sandra Čubelić, MD, PhD.

During December, the Alumni Club collected three large boxes of so-called plush toys that were donated to the children’s ward of the Gospić General Hospital during the Christmas holidays.

Principal Čubelić thanked for the donation, emphasizing that there are never too many toys in the department because they try to make the children who stay there as comfortable as possible and that toys are always a good gift because children often become attached to a toy that they then take home.

The president of the Alumni Club thanked them for their hospitality and promised that this would be just one of a series of club activities in which OB Gospić would once again be included.
