Guest lecture by Melkior Bašić

On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, starting at 4:00 PM at the “Nikola Tesla” Polytechnic in Gospić, a guest lecture by the famous chef and Masterchef show participant Melkior Bašić will be held, organized by the Polytechnic and the Tourist Board of the City of Gospić.

The lecture will be held as part of the Eno-gastro tourism course, which is offered at the graduate study program Entrepreneurship in Tourism.

Students and caterers from the city of Gospić will have the opportunity to hear first-hand about experiences from the world of top gastronomy, about connecting the eno-gastro offer with tourism, and about the development of entrepreneurial ideas in that area.
