PUBLIC COMPETITION
for employment
- One executive (m/f) for a type I position – professional position – expert associate in the system of science and higher education, from the scientific field of social sciences, scientific field of Information and Communication Sciences, for an indefinite period of time, full-time.
1.1. Job requirements:
- completed university or professional graduate study in a scientific area and field (CRO 7.1. st. and 7.1. sv.)
- computer skills
- knowledge of English
Along with the signed application for the competition, it is necessary to enclose:
- CV with work experience details (signed by hand)
- proof of acquired professional qualifications – (copy of diploma)
- Certificate of no criminal record or electronic record that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the applicant (not older than the date of publication of the competition) – copy
- ID card (copy of both sides)
The deadline for submitting applications is 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of the competition in the “Official Gazette”.
Applications should be submitted by sending them to the email address tajnik@velegs-nikolatesla.hr with the note “For the competition” next to the job title, and the attachments from point 1.1 should be in one document in PDF format.
A proper application is considered to be one that contains all the information and attachments specified in the competition. Applications received by land mail, incomplete, unsigned or untimely will not be considered.
Candidates for employment who invoke the right to priority in employment in accordance with special regulations (Law on the Protection of Military and Civilian War Invalids, Law on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities, Law on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and Members of Their Families) are required to specifically invoke this right in their application for the competition, or to attach appropriate evidence, in accordance with special regulations, and have priority over other candidates only under equal conditions, which are published on the website of the Ministry of Croatian War Veterans:
For candidates who meet the formal requirements, testing may be conducted in the form of a written test of knowledge, abilities and skills essential for performing the duties of the position or an oral test and interview. Candidates are required to take the aforementioned testing, otherwise they will be considered to have withdrawn from the competition.
By applying for the competition, applicants agree that the “Nikola Tesla” Polytechnic in Gospić, as the controller of the personal data collection, may collect, use and further process data for the purpose of conducting the competition procedure, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette, No. 42/18).
The Polytechnic “Nikola Tesla” in Gospić reserves the right to cancel the competition in part or in full without prior explanation.
Persons of both sexes can apply for the competition under equal conditions.
The notification about the selected candidate will be publicly published on the website of the “Nikola Tesla” Polytechnic in Gospić, and the date of publication is considered the date of delivery of the notification to the applicants.
