Nikolina Perša, owner of the successful “Smočnica” business from Gospić, gave an invited lecture to students at the graduate study program “Entrepreneurship in Tourism”.
This successful girl honestly explained her entrepreneurial journey to the students, starting from the time she graduated from college and was thinking about where to get a job until she realized that she had an idea with which to develop her own business. Nikolina without hesitation pointed out to the students all the obstacles and steps that led her to success, but also revealed what wrong steps she made and what future young entrepreneurs should pay attention to.
The students had many questions, especially since they had the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurial success from a female entrepreneur close to their generation. Nikolina answered all the questions honestly and emphasized that the most important thing in entrepreneurship is not to give up.
