Tender for accommodation subsidies with a private landlord
A competition has been announced for accommodation subsidies with a private landlord for full-time students of the University of Zadar and the Nikola Tesla Polytechnic in Gospić in the academic year 2025/2026.
Applications for the Competition are submitted until November 24, 2025.

Application via the online e-application form.
Registration via the online e-application form is mandatory and a prerequisite for participation in the competition.
The e-application (consisting of Form “A” and the Declaration of Members of the Common Household) must be completed online, then printed, signed and sent with other documentation. To complete the form, you must log in with your AAI user account or OIB. If you do not have an AAI user account, click on “Register” when logging in to the e-application for the first time.
Applications are submitted within the specified deadline exclusively by registered mail.

- FORM “B-1” – students who are enrolling in the first year of studies for the first time or will enroll in the first year for the second time

- FORM “B-4” – second year graduate students
(FORM “B-1”, “B-2”, “B-3”, “B-4” should be selected according to the type of study and year of study) - Statement about members of a joint household who do not have a personal identification number (OIB)
- Declaration of acceptance of the competition terms and conditions
- List of documentation to be submitted for the Competition.
The necessary documents can be obtained via e-mail, by personal collection at the Student Service and the Department Secretariats (for single-subject studies), and by accessing Studomat via the AAI account (student’s electronic identity).
If the documentation is obtained via e-mail, the student will send, with his/her name and surname, OIB and data known to him/her, one of the forms “B1”, “B2”, “B3” and “B4” to the Student Service or the Department Secretariat with a request to fill out the form or check the data entered by the student personally in the form, and, after verifying the correct data, forward it to the student by e-mail.
